Entelia is specially selected premium Extra Virgin olive Oil made from hand picked single variety Koroneiki olives that have been grown in the hills of Western Crete. This oil is fruity with strong flavour notes of cut grass, tomatoes and green apples. The flavour is fresh and lightly bitter and a spicy finish.
